Returns and Refunds
If you’ve received your order and you’re happy with it, that’s great! There’s no more you need to do! If you need any further support, please read the information below.
I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT
· In the first instance, please email info@selloutgoods.co.uk with your order number and a reason for your return.
· You can return the product and receive a full refund for the cost of the product if it is returned in a re-saleable condition.
· Please download our return form here and fill in the form with your order number and reason for return. The form has the address for sending your return.
· If you are returning an item for exchange, in the form’s reason for return box, please state the item/size/colour you want in exchange for the item you are returning.
· Please mark your package SELL OUT GOODS RETURNS.
· The item/s must be returned using a tracked service so that there is a record of delivery. If you do not use a tracked service and we do not receive the item, we cannot issue a refund.
· Once we have received the item and checked it’s in a re-saleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If you are requesting an exchange, see below.
· If you are returning an item for exchange, we will send you a payment link for the cost of posting out the replacement item, and any extra sum required to cover the cost of the replacement item if its price is higher than the product you are returning. Once that payment is received, we’ll post the item to you via a tracked service.
MY ORDER IS DAMAGED
· Please email info@selloutgoods.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the damaged item.
· Please also include in the photo, or a separate photo, an image of the packaging with the carrier’s label clearly showing. Thank you.
· Please email us no later than 24 hours after receipt of the damaged item.
· Please specify if you’d like a refund for the cost of the order and shipping, or for a replacement to be sent out to you, free of charge.
· We will then issue the refund or re-supply the item.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
